You found it.

Not by accident.

Something in you paused. Not your mind — something quieter than that. A pull. A recognition. Maybe just a moment where something felt true in a way that most things don't anymore.

That's not random. That's your intuition doing what it's always done. Pointing you toward something your mind hasn't caught up to yet.

Most people scroll past that feeling.

You didn't.

If you're here, there's a good chance you've already done a lot of the work. You've explored. You've practiced. You understand yourself better than you ever have. And still — at the end of the day, when everything gets quiet — something in your body hasn't settled. Something underneath all that understanding is still speaking. Still waiting to be heard.

Not because you missed something.

Not because you didn't try hard enough.

Because no one showed you where to actually look.

Here's what I mean. Everything you've done — therapy, courses, meditation, books — has been bringing understanding in through your mind. And you've gotten very good at that. But the part of you that actually creates change doesn't live there.

You've been trying to filter real change through the busyness of your mind. But the place where change actually takes root isn't in your mind.

It's in your body. Not as an idea — as something that's already happening.

And over time, I started to see something clearly. The patterns people couldn't change weren't in their thoughts. They were in their bodies. In the tightness, the restlessness, the moments that didn't make sense — but kept happening anyway.

That's where the real conversation is.

And the part of you that runs all of this — that breathes for you, blinks for you, keeps your heart beating — needs to feel safe before anything can shift.

So the missing piece was never more information. It was safety. And then — from that safety — the ability to go inward. To listen to what your body has actually been trying to tell you.

That's what we do here.

And here's what I want you to hear before you go any further.

I'm not going to teach you anything that lives outside of you.

Every tool you need already lives inside you. Your nervous system. Your subconscious mind. Your own inner wisdom that has been speaking — quietly, persistently — even when you couldn't quite hear it.

The journey begins within. It always has.

I'm just going to show you how to listen.

And then how to go deeper. At your own pace. Only as far as you're ready to go.

You'll begin with Return to Stillness. Seven short practices that teach your nervous system what safety feels like from the inside. This is where everyone starts. This is the foundation everything else is built on. From there — when you're ready — the Mindful Heart Journey takes you somewhere. And when you're ready for the deeper thing — the Soul Expansion Journey is waiting.

You only go as far as you're ready to go. And you never go alone.

The first relationship you build here is the one you have with yourself.

Not with a technique. Not with a tool. With yourself. That's where everything else begins.

And if you've been waiting your whole life for someone to tell you that the answers were inside you all along — and to actually show you how to get there —

You're in the right place.

🕯️

The door is open.

I wasn't supposed to find this work.

I grew up in Bible Belt Indiana. We didn't have hypnotherapists. We had a traveling hypnotist who showed up at the Holiday Inn twice a year — morning session for stop smoking, afternoon for weight loss — and then moved on to the next town. I went once. It didn't work. I didn't think much more about it.

What I had instead was a childhood shaped by trauma, drama, and abandonment. My parents divorced when I was five. By first grade I had a new last name. I remember my teacher teaching me how to write it — this new name that meant a whole other life had begun without me quite understanding how. When a family splits like that you don't just lose a parent. You lose grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. An entire world goes quiet overnight.

I carried that. For a long time I carried that without knowing I was carrying it.

I found hypnosis at a strawberry festival.

I was in my early forties, selling Pampered Chef, when I noticed the woman in the booth next to mine. She was hypnotizing people. Five minute free relaxations, right there in the open. I watched her all day. Something in me wouldn't look away.

Finally I asked my husband to watch the booth and I walked over.

She hypnotized me.

And I thought — what IS that?

From that moment I was gone. I didn't just get curious about hypnosis. I went all the way. I trained with some of the best trainers in the world. I became certified to teach. I opened my own state licensed proprietary school in Michigan. I became a board certified hypnotherapist with multiple trainer certifications — including the ability to write and teach my own certification programs.

I did it because I knew this was what I was supposed to do for the rest of my life. Even if I'm old and sitting in a rocking chair, as long as I have my brain I can still do this work. That's how certain I was.

Then I went to the conventions.

And I discovered something that stopped me cold.

We weren't supposed to practice on each other at those events. But we did anyway — in hotel rooms after hours, on breaks between sessions. And more than once, after I'd guided a colleague through a session, they opened their eyes and looked at me and said:

I've never been in hypnosis like that before. I didn't know it could feel like that.

These were people who had been in this field longer than I had. People I respected deeply.

And I remember sitting back in my chair thinking — how do you teach something you've never actually experienced yourself?

That question changed how I work. It's why I can hold space the way I do. Not because I read about it. Because I've been there.

I've been some places.

Deep subconscious work. The kind where you don't always know what you're going to find until you're already there.

I've followed patterns back to their roots. Sat with things that didn't make sense at first. Stayed long enough for them to show me what they were.

And I didn't do that once. I did it over and over again.

I went back to school in my fifties.

Not because I needed to — but because someone questioned whether I belonged in the room.

So I got the degrees. Not to prove them right. But to remove the question entirely.

Two bachelor's degrees. A master's in communication. And I didn't stop there because I ran out of things to learn. I stopped there because I had work to do.

I tell you that not to impress you. I tell you that because I know what it's like to be dismissed. To have real knowledge and real skill and real results — and still have someone question whether you belong.

You belong in this room.

Here's why I can hold this space for you.

Not because of the certifications. Not because of the degrees.

Because I have been where you are. I have sat in the darkness of my own subconscious and waited for something to respond. I have followed feelings back to their earliest origins and found things I didn't expect to find. I have cleared things I didn't know I was still carrying.

And I came back. Every time. Clearer. Lighter. More myself.

That's what I do for the people I work with. I guide you in. And I guide you out. And nothing that comes up — nothing — will surprise me or overwhelm me or make me uncertain about how to hold the space.

You are in good hands. Not because I say so. Because I've been there.

🕯️ The Lantern Holder

I'm still on the path too. I'm not standing at the top of a mountain telling you how to climb. I'm walking slightly ahead on a path I know, turning back to say — come on. I know this part. Follow me. I've got you.

The most important relationship of your life is the one you have with your soul.

I'm here to help you find your way back to it.

This is where you begin.

Not because someone told you to start here. Because your nervous system needs this first. Everything that comes after — the Mindful Heart Journey, the Soul Expansion work, all of it — is built on what you build here.

Think of it this way. You wouldn't try to have a deep conversation with someone in a room that doesn't feel safe. Your inner world works the same way. Before you can go deeper, something in you needs to know it's safe to land.

Return to Stillness teaches you how to land.

Seven practices. Twenty-eight days. You can begin in less than seven minutes.

The first seven days are yours to move through at your own pace. Each practice is short. Each one is complete in itself. And each one is teaching your nervous system something it may have forgotten.

That it's safe to arrive. That stillness is not the absence of something. That you can return to yourself.

Days 8 through 28 — building the habit.

By day eight your body is starting to recognize the anchor. You don't have to think about it anymore. You just return.

So for the next twenty-one days — two minutes in the morning and two minutes in the evening. That's it. Check them off as you go.

What you'll notice somewhere around day fourteen is that you stop deciding whether to do it. You just do it. Your body starts asking for it. That's not discipline. That's your nervous system learning a new way home.

Your tracker is waiting We built you something simple and beautiful to go alongside the practices. A 28-day companion tracker that lives outside of SKOOL so you can bookmark it and return to it every single day. It holds your place, your prompts, and your progress.

One thing before you begin.

This is not a course you complete. This is a practice you return to. There is no failing here. There is only returning.

Some days you'll do both practices. Some days you'll do one. Some days you'll open the tracker and realize you forgot for a few days and you'll wonder if you should start over.

Don't start over. Just return.

Because here's what I know after 25 years of this work.

The return itself is the change.

Not the arriving. Not the staying. The returning. Every single time you notice you've drifted and you come back — even once, even for one breath — that is the practice. That is what changes something. Quietly. Steadily. Over time.

You don't have to be perfect. You just have to keep coming back.

That's the whole thing.

You've been learning to return.

Now we go somewhere.

Return to Stillness gave you the foundation. Your nervous system is starting to learn how to land. You know what it feels like to arrive in your own body. To find what's there underneath the noise.

That's not nothing. That's everything. Because what comes next requires exactly that. The ability to be still enough to listen. Deeply enough to hear something real.

The Mindful Heart Journey is where the listening begins.

What this is.

This is not another course. Not another set of techniques to collect.

This is a weekly practice. A living, breathing container where you come to go inward. With guidance. With structure. With a community of people doing the same quiet, real work alongside you.

Every week we gather. And we go in together.

The vehicle is the mindfulness pillars held inside a reflective self-hypnosis container. Eight foundational inner stances that don't tell you what to think or feel or believe. They create the conditions for you to discover what's already true inside you.

These aren't concepts to understand. They're qualities to practice from. And when you practice from them — really practice, in a guided reflective state — something starts to shift. Sometimes subtly. Sometimes in ways you only notice later.

What happens in a session We begin with the Safety Anchor. You arrive. You land. Then I offer a reflective question — not a question to answer with your mind, but one to drop into your body and wait. And then we listen. Together. What comes back isn't always what you expect. Sometimes it's a sensation. Sometimes a memory. Sometimes a knowing that arrives so quietly you almost miss it. Sometimes nothing comes — and the nothing itself is information.

That's the voice we're listening for.

This is a live experience. Always.

This work lands differently when you're guided into it. When your attention is already settled and something deeper is listening.

Reading the questions isn't the same as being met inside the experience. That's why this is taught live. Never through recorded content. Never learned alone from a screen.

You'll practice on your own — that's the whole point of building this skill. But you'll never learn it alone. The teaching only happens live. In the room. Together.

Whether that's in a group setting or one on one — that's something we can figure out together based on what you need.

🌿 Coming Together Now

The classes are being shaped in May. If you want to be in the room when it begins — whether that's the first workshop or the ongoing practice — add your name to the waitlist now. You'll hear first. And you'll have the opportunity to step in as it begins.

The journey begins within. 🕯️

For some people, the work doesn't stop here.

Not everyone feels this. And that's completely right. Return to Stillness and the Mindful Heart Journey are complete in themselves. They are real work. Deep work. Work that changes something — quietly, over time.

But for some people — after learning how to return, after learning how to listen — something else begins to stir.

Not urgency. Not restlessness. Something quieter than that.

A question that doesn't have a simple answer. A feeling that doesn't seem to belong to anything happening right now. A sense that something is there — just underneath — that hasn't been fully met yet.

If you feel that pull, this is where we go.

This is where we explore.

The Soul Expansion Journey is a collection of guided workshop experiences. Each one takes you into a different layer of your inner world. Not to analyze what you find. Not to explain it away. But to meet it directly and let it show you what's there.

These are live experiences. Always. You go in guided and you come out guided. Nothing is forced. Nothing is interpreted for you. You only go where you're ready to go.

And you never go alone.

The Workshops
The Soul Purpose Journey

Some people carry a sense of purpose they've never quite been able to name. Not a career. Not a role. Something deeper. A reason that lives underneath everything else. This workshop takes you inward to meet it — not as an idea but as something you recognize when you feel it.

The Generational Healing Workshop

Not everything you carry started with you. Some of what you've been working with — the patterns, the fears, the feelings that don't quite fit your own story — may have been passed down. This workshop creates a gentle space to trace what's been inherited and begin to release what was never truly yours to carry.

The Origin Workshop

Sometimes a feeling keeps returning without a clear reason. A heaviness. A longing. A fear that doesn't match anything in your current life. This workshop follows that feeling back — gently, safely — to where it began. Even when it's not something you could have remembered on your own.

The Hallway of Doors

This is the deepest terrain. A guided subconscious journey where your own inner wisdom chooses the direction. You don't decide where you go. Something in you already knows. The hallway opens. A door appears. And whatever is on the other side is exactly what your system is ready to meet.

I've been guiding people through this kind of work for 25 years. I've been through that hallway myself. More than once. And I can tell you — what you find there often isn't what you expected. And somehow, it fits.

Nothing here is forced.

You come to this work when something in you is ready. Not when you think you should be. Not because it's the next step on a list.

When the pull is there you'll feel it. A curiosity that won't quite leave you alone. A sense that there's something waiting that you haven't met yet.

That's the invitation. And when you feel it — this work will be here. I will be here.

This work goes to places that most wellness programs never touch. I don't say that to make it sound dramatic. I say it because you deserve to know what's available to you here. You don't have to go there. Ever. Return to Stillness and the Mindful Heart Journey are more than enough for a lifetime of real practice. But if you ever find yourself standing at the edge of something deeper — it's safe. I've been there. And I'll hold the lantern and guide you there.

The Arriving Soul

You are exactly where you need to be.

You've known for a while that something needed to change. Not dramatically. Just quietly, persistently — a feeling that you've been living slightly outside of yourself and you're ready to come home.

You may not have words for what you're looking for yet. That's okay. You don't need words. You need a place that feels safe enough to begin.

Return to Stillness was made for you. Seven short practices that ask nothing of you except that you show up. No experience needed. No special skills. Just you, a few minutes, and the willingness to try.

You've been holding a lot for a long time. This is where it gets to rest.

Welcome. You found it.

The Listening Soul

You've done the work. More than most people realize.

You understand yourself. You've built awareness. You've learned how to pause, how to breathe, how to come back to yourself when things get hard. And you're grateful for that. Genuinely.

But something is still speaking underneath all of that. A quieter layer. One that your understanding hasn't quite reached yet.

You're not looking for more information anymore. You're looking for someone to take you somewhere you haven't been able to get to on your own.

The Mindful Heart Journey is where that begins. Weekly live practice. Reflective self-hypnosis. The eight mindfulness pillars held inside a guided inner experience that goes somewhere your solo practice hasn't taken you yet.

You're ready for this. Something in you already knows it.

The Seeking Soul

You've been here a long time.

Not in this community — in this search. The search for something that goes deeper than what most wellness spaces offer. You've done therapy. You've done the courses. You've sat in meditation. You've read the books that most people haven't heard of.

And you've grown. Genuinely. But there's something else. A pull toward something you can't quite name. A question your conscious mind can't answer. A sense that there's a layer underneath everything you've already uncovered that hasn't been touched yet.

That's not restlessness. That's readiness.

The Soul Expansion Journey is where that pull gets to go somewhere. Guided workshops. Deep subconscious exploration. The kind of inner work that goes to places most wellness programs never touch — safely, gently, with someone who has been there herself.

You may have been looking for something like this.

The Returning Soul

You already know this place.

Not this community — this feeling. The feeling of being here. Of going inward. Of the work that happens in the quiet space between question and answer.

You've been on this path before. Something in you recognizes the language here before you've even finished reading it. The lantern. The stillness. The going beneath.

You're not here to begin. You're here to continue. And maybe, over time, to help hold the light for others who are just finding their way.

All of it is here. The practices. The deeper work. The community of people doing the same quiet, real journey alongside you.

You've come home.
